The production of PVC gloves first mixed the main raw materials and auxiliaries in a special container in a certain proportion and mixed them into emulsion. After filtration, vacuum pumping and static setting, the mixture was sent into the dip tank of the production line by the pump. Under normal production conditions, the hand mould on the pipeline automatically enters the impregnation tank, and the hand mould adhered to the emulsion comes out of the dipping slot in turn, and keeps rotating in the process, so that the emulsion on the surface of the hand mould is uniform, and the excess emulsion drops down.
The dripping liquid returns to the immersion tank through the collection tank. The hand mould after dropping the excess emulsion enters the oven with the production line, and the oven temperature is controlled at 230-250 degrees Celsius. Under these conditions, the emulsion on hand feels ripe. After natural cooling, lip curling, powder staining and other processes, the hand mold from the oven manually unloads the gloves from the hand mold, and the hand mold continuously moves to the immersion tank. The discharged PVC gloves are stored as finished products after powder removal.
