2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the first year of the 14th five year plan. We should open up channels for social assistance, and ensure that people in need, especially those affected by the epidemic, have access to help and receive help in a timely manner. Timely start the linkage mechanism between social assistance and security standards and price rise, so as to ensure that the basic living standards of the poor people will not be reduced due to price rise.
3、 Efforts should be made to meet people’s festival consumption needs. Strengthen the monitoring of supply and demand of coal, electricity, oil and gas transportation, do a good job in ensuring the supply and stable price of energy, and ensure the warm winter for the people. We will fully implement the provincial governor responsibility system for food security and the mayor responsibility system for “vegetable basket”, strengthen the management of important reserve commodities such as meat and vegetables, and ensure the stable supply and price operation of important commodities such as grain, oil, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits and milk. According to the characteristics of the festival, we should organize and carry out the connection of production and marketing to meet the diversified consumption needs of the people.
4、 Efforts should be made to ensure the safe and orderly travel of the masses. We should pay close attention to the prevention and control of normalized passenger transport epidemic situation, and strictly implement measures such as ventilation and disinfection, body temperature detection, occupancy rate control, and passenger information registration. Employers are encouraged to make overall arrangements for holidays and guide off peak travel in combination with work needs and employees’ wishes. Enhance the supply of transport capacity, optimize the allocation of transport capacity, and meet the travel demand of passengers.
5、 Adhere to the bottom line thinking and do a solid job in production safety. Firmly establish the concept of safe development, put safe production in an important position, and consolidate responsibilities at all levels to effectively safeguard the safety of people’s lives and property.
